Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Working experience of 3 years as a Cook.
• Relevant work experience in a 4 * or 5 * hotel will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of International Cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP system.
• Passion for food and customer service.
