Chambermaid

Job Description:
We are currently seeking diligent and attentive individuals to join our Housekeeping team at our well-established hotel in the beautiful island of Corfu. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to enhance our guests’ experience and comfort.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
• Make up beds and change linens as required.
• Manage guest requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check all appliances in rooms are in working order.
• Replenish bath care products and room supplies.
• Tidy and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets) as instructed.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Requirements:
• Proven working experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Helpful with customer service orientation.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of English language; any additional language is a plus.
