METRO FOODS TRADING LTD wishes to recruit Supervisors in the Cashier and Shelf Stacking and Electronic Store Sections at METRO Supermarket, Mouttagiaka - Limassol

Required Qualifications:

Good Knowledge of Greek and English Language and Excellent Communication.
Previous work experience in food retailing for at least three years.
Ability to use computers.
Leadership and administrative skills.
Ability to create and develop team spirit Management and Human Resource Development.
Ability to work under pressure at peak times.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to demonstrate attention and interest in detail, accountability and consistency.
Respect for diversity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Employee Department Manager, you play a key role in the smooth running of the department you lead.
You lead the workforce of the team you manage and foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation among team members.
Attends to and resolves customer complaints and forwards complex complaints requiring further investigation and sensitive handling to Hypermarket Management.
Issues the weekly work plan for the team and monitors and ensures adherence to it.
Participates in the formulation and implementation of the team's annual leave plan, taking into account the operational needs of the department and the welfare of the staff.
What We Offer:

Attractive remuneration package from €1300 up to €1400 per month depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
