Bar Manager

     Jamie Oliver Restaurants is recruiting for a Bar Manager for our new upcoming location in Limassol.

We are looking for:  
- Experience in bar management positions and hospitality
- Customer Service enthusiast
- Knowledge of English and/or Greek Great communication skills
- Pleasant and positive approach
- Strong Personality and able to work in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities:
-  Lead the bar team and ensure the smooth operation of the bar
- To manage the bar operation, such a stock, beverage quality and presentation
- To oversee the bar display to maximize functionality
- Provide high quality of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Follow Health and Safety and Food Hygiene policies and procedures
- Ensure high quality customer service exceeding expectations
