Responsibilities

•    Managing office supplies and equipment.
•    Coordinating meetings and schedules.
•    Assisting with correspondence and preparing reports.
•    Supporting accounting tasks and document filing.
•    Liaising with external partners or vendors.
•    Assisting the Accounting Department with communication regarding tenant arrears.

Requirements and skills

Education & Experience:
• A university degree is required.
• No prior experience is necessary, but experience in real estate and/or accounting will be considered a plus.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Knowledge of AI tools will be considered a plus.
Language Skills:
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
• Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
Other Skills:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities.
