Barista helper

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and other beverages.
• Provide customers with the menu and advise on ingredients.
• Take orders, paying attention to preferences like coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios.
• Prepare beverages following our recipes.
• Serve beverages and prepared food (chia pudding, breakfastbowls, Smoothie bowls).
• Keep the bar area, mugs, and plates clean at all times.
• Monitor brewing equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Keep the bar area, mugs, and plates clean at all times.
• Monitor brewing equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements and skills

European residents.. hard working, fluent in English and Greek is a plus, motivated, eager to learn as well as a team player
• Previous work experience as a Barista is extrq.
• EU nationality
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress.
• EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
