Barman

Responsibilities

    •      Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
    •    Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    •    Ensure the bar is fully stocked and well-organized at all times.
    •    Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tools, and glassware.
    •    Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
    •    Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management.
    •    Participate in regular cleaning, stocktakes, and inventory checks.
    •    Follow all health and safety protocols.

-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
- EU Citizens Only
- Good knowledge of English
