Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Maid / General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential building. This position is responsible for ensuring that all common areas, residential units, and short-term rental spaces are cleaned and maintained to high standards to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for tenants, residents, and guests.

Requirements and skills

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or general cleaning preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Good communication and customer service skills
