We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team at a well-established hotel in Paphos.
Location: Paphos, Cyprus

Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
Lead, coach, and motivate department managers and staff.
Ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience throughout their stay.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle budgets, cost control, and performance KPIs.
Implement and maintain health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with HR on staff scheduling, training, and development.
Requirements and skills
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English & Greek languages.
Hands-on, guest-focused, and detail-oriented.
Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel) is an advantage.
