Responsibilities

•    Manage the full recruitment and selection process
•    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
•    Oversee employee relations and performance management
•    Coordinate staff training and development programs
•    Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR best practices
•    Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
•    Support department managers with staffing and workforce planning
•    Promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment
•    Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution professionally
•    Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
