Responsibilities
SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Prepares and serves drinks, cocktails and beverages correctly and promptly, offering impeccable service to guests. Keeps the places he works clean and tidy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Follows the pre-set procedures for operating the Bars correctly.
2 Opens the Bars correctly according to the Hotel’s procedure.
3 Knows all the different drinks, beverages, cocktails and dishes on the Bar menu, as well as their ingredients, and can describe them to Guests if requested.
4 Knows and serves all the different kinds of wine on the Bar menu, their origin and description.
5 Takes orders correctly according to the procedure.
6 Prepares beverages, cocktails and drinks according to the original recipes.
Requirements and skills
Required Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience
* Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
* Communication skills
* Pleasant personality
* Team Spirit
