Responsibilities

Vassos restaurant is the biggest fish tavern and sushi bar in Cyprus.
It can host up to 700 people at the same time!
We need a hostess to accommodate all those people and to take care of the reservation system of the restaurant

• Welcome guests warmly.
• Manage reservations efficiently.
• Escort customers to their assigned areas.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Coordinate with wait staff regarding available seating options.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
• Assist wait staff when needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements and skills

• Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role.
• EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both phone and in-person).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee the entire dining and bar area.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
