Responsibilities
A night auditor at a hotel is responsible for managing the front desk during night hours, performing nightly financial reconciliations, and auditing the day's transactions. They typically check guests in and out, handle phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues. Additionally, the night auditor ensures that all sales and revenue information is accurately reported in the hotel management system and prepares daily financial reports for the morning staff. They may also perform light cleaning duties and ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours.
Requirements and skills
Minimum experience of 1 - 2 years in a reception department
Customer-centric approach
Knowledge of Pylon will be considered an asset
Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage

Conditions
