Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work remote from any place in Greece.

Work 8h a day, 5 days a week
About the project: You wil be supporting German-speaking clients of Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
Provide information on subscription plans
Assist with account management and billing
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

What you will need:

Fluent level of German (at least C1)
Good level of English (at least B2)
Communication skills
Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:

Standard salary of 1200-1400€ gross per month
14 salaries per year guaranteed by Greek law
Annual Salary: 16 800-19 600€ gross per year
up tp 200 € as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectations

Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract
