Barista

Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques as per Barista Manuals.
Complete all operational forms as per the instructions of the Store Manager.
Ensure that all company policies and procedures, which fall under the Barista Role, are followed.
Ensure that all transactions involving stock &/or cash are done in a secure manner.
To deal with and resolve customer complaints in line with company policy/procedures.
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
