Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•   Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
•    Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
•    Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service.
•    An emphasis on precision and advanced organizational skills.
•    Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen by following relevant health & safety procedures.
•    Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
•    Check quality of ingredients.
•    Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
•    Any other assigned by the chef.

Requirements and skills:

•    Proven experience as cook A in 5* Hotels.
•    Diploma from a culinary school.
•    EU Nationality or a legal base of employment within EU.
•    Knowledge of various cooking procedures and techniques (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
•    Ability to work in a team.
•    Very good communication skills.
