The Cooks is to support all kitchen operations, such as preparing and producing recipes, in accordance with the menus, including special requests of the guests. Inspect food products and supplies as needed, ensuring that work environment and stations are clean and sanitized. The Cooks reports directly to the Sous Chef.

• Professional experience in a similar position
