Responsibilities
F & B Manager
The candidate needs to have at least 4 years of experience to take on the role of F & B Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend
operating policy changes whenever necessary
- Oversee, train and manage the function of all Food and Beverage team
members, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental
performance
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Chef for the preparation, presentation and
service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Enforcement and surveillance of food safety and health standards (ISO, HACCP,
etc.) with records and daily controls
- Supervise operation during meal times & process customer complaints
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders in cooperation with stores
department and department heads
- Check food and beverage supplies, quality of product and source better quality
and prices when needed
Requirements:
- Work Experience: At least 4 years in a similar position will be considered as an
advantage
- Academic Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in the hospitality field
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages: English and Greek
