Qualifications:
2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Captain or Waiter in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
Basic principles of Service & Bar operations & staff organization planning is required
General knowledge of Wine pairing & Food quality is valuable
In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Problem solving skills
Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
