The location of the restaurant is Hersonissos in Crete just 30km from Nikos Kazantzakis international airport.


Med Restaurant brings an upscale Mediterranean summer dining experience to the shores of Crete.
The 100 seat restaurant caters to guests from all over the world offering an excellent food and cocktail experience with a menu overlooked by chef Pavlos Kiriakis who recently received his first star Michelin in Athens.

Education and Experience

3 years of experience in a similar role.
Entry level wine and overall beverage knowledge is required.
Working experience within an upscale or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
Experience with a Point of Sales system is desired.

Opening- and Closing duties following our policies and procedures.
Upholding quality standards, ensuring your uniform, personal appearance and communication is professional.
