Responsibilities
Complete the full range of hotel reception duties: check-ins, check-outs, process invoices, transactions, handle payments, execute banking procedures, room allocation, control the availability of rooms/rooms types, oversee the switchboard, etc.
Train and coach team members so they develop their system knowledge and personal skills,
Resolve issues/problems, support and encourage other team members to ensure service standards and company policies are achieved,
Respond to guests' needs and requests, resolve issues/complaints/problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service,
Work proactively, focusing on delivering standards whilst maximising revenues,
Build strong relationships with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations, maintenance, etc.
