Job Description
Job Summary:
1. To drive brand growth to achieve the goals and see the execution of those plans
2. To implement the regional annual training plan as directed by the brand guidelines and objectives
3. To deliver field coaching to the Beauty Advisors, in order to grow sales profit, increase market share and enhance the brand image.
Job Responsibilities:
• To adapt training materials in order to fit the local context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
• To deliver product training to Beauty Advisors in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
• To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors
• To organize annual regional motivation gathering for Beauty Advisors with Retail Manager
• To develop and motivate Beauty Advisors through training and coaching
• To contribute to Region and Training projects, Regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
• To plan and monitor training and travelling expenses according to budget resource optimization
• To coach the Beauty Advisor at POS (point of sales) to ensure the information on products are updated, sales pitch and the brand’s Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at POS.
• To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Beauty Advisors and customers
• To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
• To work closely with management on visual displays for seasonal change
• To manage and maintain the day-to-day visual merchandising in department stores and shops
• To work closely with Marketing Executive on window and interior display, visual merchandising materials
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
• High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
• Able to start work immediately
