Qualifications / Profile
-    Outstanding skills and experience in this role with strong customer focus
-    Effective communication and active listening skills for conversing with guests
-    Stress resistant, calm under pressure, resilient, team player with positive approach
-    Open minded and flexible with high social, interpersonal and cultural competencies
-    Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage
-    Organizational skills and attention to detail
-    Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working with great team spirit
Tasks
-    Friendly and competent guests eservice according to Edelweiss gastro standard
-    Communication with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complains
-    Knowledge of the menu and all drinks incl. wines in compliance to Edelweiss gastro standard
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Manage a restaurant station of 45-50 guests, together with another waiter/waitress
Set up of tables according to EGL standards as well as polish cutlery and glasses
-    Weekly general cleaning of the restaurant and bar
-    Fair and equal treatment towards all crew
