Dragon Town

Dragon Town is a well-established Chinese restaurant in Lisse, the Netherlands. We are looking for a motivated full-time Independent Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients independently. • Prepare and present Chinese dishes. • Apply basic cooking techniques. • Ensure food quality and hygiene standards. • Keep the kitchen clean and organized. • Manage stock and assist with inventory and ordering. • Contribute ideas for menu development and cooking methods. • Support and supervise kitchen assistants. • Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team. Requirements: • Motivated and responsible attitude. • Team player. • Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. • Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided. Employment: • Full-time (38 hours per week). • Gross monthly salary: €2,856–€3,177 according to the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO). • 8% holiday allowance. • Pension scheme according to the Horeca CAO. • Travel allowance where applicable.
