Lavoria is an online recruitment tool, tailor-made exclusively for HoReCa. It was created to ease recruiters in sourcing seasonal, but not only, employees. Lavoria allows connecting employers from the hospitality sector who are looking for employees, with job seekers from all over Europe including Cyprus and Greece.
We have created an online platform for the use of employers and a mobile application for candidates.

Employers have the possibility to create the company's profile and publish their vacancies which takes 5 minutes. The candidates using Lavoria mobile application can see all the available positions and can apply to the selected ones by starting a chat directly with the recruiters.

Employers will receive information concerning candidates' interests and can move on to the recruitment process. At the same time, employers have the possibility to engage passive candidates by contacting them with an offer (an additional charge applies).

All the interested candidates can be found in the " invitations and responses" section. The 'Candidate search" section is a catalog with all the profiles - using Lavoria's smart filters will help you to see only relevant ones. You can filter them based on profile completeness, location, experience, knowledge of English, etc). The ''Hiring process" will help you to stay organized throughout the recruitment process- simply drag and drop profiles to the correct stage.

Managing Applications

Navigate to your dashboard, select the" chats & responces" section, and access the applications. You can review, shortlist, and communicate with candidates through the platform.

Yes, your dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of your job listings and applications. Go to "CHATS & RESPONCES" Section to view all candidates you have communicated with.

You will receive email notifications and can also check your employer dashboard for real-time updates on new applications.

Utilize the search bar, filters, and keywords to find candidates. You can also access the resume database for a broader candidate pool.

You can filter candidates based on lingual skills, experience, location, work permit and other relevant criteria to find the best match for your job listings.

Posting Vacancies

To post a job, log in to your employer account, click on 'Post a Job,' and fill in the details of the vacancy. Follow the steps to complete the job posting. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to contact us

Provide detailed information about the job role, qualifications, and any specific requirements. A clear and enticing job description attracts more candidates.

Due to our smart filters and recommended candidates function 1 job post must concern 1 working position ( i.e. WAITERS/ WAITRESSES)

The free post will remain visible until you decide to unpublish it


Yes, you can edit or update your job listings at any time during their active period. The only restriction concerns changes to the department when the vacancy has already been upgraded

Lavoria employs industry-standard security measures to protect employer data. Our platform uses encryption to secure your information.

Payment & Billing

We offer free registration and an unlimited number of free job posts for all HoReCa employers. Your advert will be visible to candidates, and you will receive information regarding their interest in your offer.

However, you will not be able to contact them directly. To obtain their contact details and unlock the chat option, you will be required to purchase one of the available options

We have carefully prepared a number of options to make sure that every hospitality-related company will find the most economical solution. You may use a free job post and once you receive interest from the jobseekers you may purchase access to their details or use an upgraded post to be able to contact all of those who respond to your advert. You may choose access to our candidates' catalog per department or the unlimited version.

If you want to get the best of our platform we suggest one of our upgraded packages:

  1. SMALL – 1 job post with access to unlocked jobseekers’ profiles +4 upgraded job posts for free.
  2. MEDIUM – 3 job posts with access to unlocked jobseekers’ profiles of 3 departments +7 upgraded job posts for free.
  3. UNLIMITED SEASON – Unlimited number of job posts and access to unlocked jobseekers’ profiles for the period of 3 months.
  4. UNLIMITED YEAR – Unlimited number of job posts and access to unlocked jobseekers’ profiles for the period of 12 months.

* Each vacancy is visible for a period of 30 days

Think of your recruitment needs. If you are looking just for 1 employee you may use the upgraded job post. If you create a strong vacancy advert in this plan you may be able to cover your need with candidates who will simply respond to it.

If you are in rush to fill your vacancy or have a large number of vacancies to cover then access to our jobseekers catalog will be extremely helpful, as you will be able to contact passive candidates with your offer.

You may purchase access to our database concerning 1 department (i.e. cleaning department - you will find profiles with the contact details of the jobseekers who are interested in positions of chambermaids, cleaners, kitchen cleaners, gardener, and pool boy) for 30 days, or all departments at once for a period of 3 or 12 months

You will be able to post a job vacancy, view the profiles of the job seekers, chat with selected candidates, or contact them via phone. It is a perfect opportunity to engage passive candidates. You don't need to wait for the application - contact them with your offer, instead!

There are 11 departments in the Lavoria database where all the jobseekers are categorized as per the working position they are interested in.

  1. Bar & Restaurant staff - you will find Barman/Barmaid, Host/Hostess, Waiter/ Waitress, Barista.
  2. Kitchen department – Chef, Sous-chef, Cook, Cook assistant, Pastry cook.
  3. Cleaning department – Cleaner, Kitchen cleaner, Chambermaid, Gardener, Pool Boy.
  4. Engineering department – Technician, Engineer, Gardener
  5. Security – Security guard, Driver, Lifeguard
  6. Animation department – Kids animator, Animator, Sports Trainer
  7. Guest Assistance department – Concierge, Porter, Administrator, Receptionist, Host/Hostess.
  8. Office - Administrator, HR manager/ recruiter, Manager.
  9. Beauty/ Health department - Beauty specialist, Massage specialist, Sports trainer.
  10. Driver/Delivery – Delivery, Driver.
  11. Sales department - Salesperson, Cashier.

  2. Bank transfer. For online payments we use the STRIPE payment system which is certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.

We work on the prepaid system. Once the invoice is issued and paid our service is being delivered.

To get started, download the app, then click on 'Sign Up' and follow the prompts to create your jobseeker account. Make sure to fill in all the required information, as your Lavoria profile serves as your CV.

Yes, you have the option to upload your resume directly to the app through your profile settings. However, it's crucial to ensure that all important information is also entered into your profile. The uploaded CV serves as an additional supplement to your profile.

Yes, you can post and manage multiple job listings using a single employer account.

While not mandatory, having a professional profile picture increases your visibility to employers.

The job listing is free of charge; however, communication with jobseekers requires an upgraded service. We offer different subscription plans for employers. Please check our pricing page for more details

Yes, you can edit and update your profile details, including your working experience, desired location, and availability directly in the app.
