• Customer service duties and telephone tasks.
• Process Check-in and check-out.
• Cashiering tasks, invoice settlements.
• Communication with all departments of the hotel within the ambit of execution of his/her duties.
• Previous experience as hotel receptionist or relevant position within the hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of PMS system.
• Excellent level of English language (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Greek and Russian languages will be considered an advantage.
