Main duties / responsibilities:
-Preparation and production of cold and hot dishes according to the standards of the unit and according to the instructions of the Chef.
-Implementation of HACCP system procedures and operating instructions.
-Maintaining high levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
-Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
-Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
-Proven minimum working experience of 3 years as a Cook.
-Relevant work experience in a 4 * or 5 * hotel will be considered an advantage.
-Knowledge of International Cuisine.
-Knowledge of HACCP system.
-High sense of cooperation and teamwork.
-Passion for food and customer service.
