Accountant and Office Administrator (Dual Role)
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional with a background in bookkeeping or accounting to take on the dual role of Accountant and Office Administrator within our company.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensuring that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
- Verifying and recording invoices from suppliers.
- Recording and checking company bank statements.
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
- Providing general administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO
- Handling administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation to the CEO
- Providing support in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and other arrangements to the CEO
- Be able to operate the Ermis digital portal (training will be provided)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of seminars and other administrative processes
Main requirements:
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- Energetic and recent graduates (ideally under 30)
- Degree / Diploma in accounting/finance or Higher Diploma
- Experience in a similar position will be a strong plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Energetic and positive team player with strong organizational skills
