Job Title: Admin / Customer Care
Location: LARNACA
We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrator/Customer Care.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging with our online platform users, ensuring efficient onboarding, handling inquiries, and fostering customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken Greek language.
Knowledge of the English language.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not obligatory.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for platform users.
Perform administrative tasks efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Undertake any other relevant duties as required.
Office Hours: Monday- Friday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
