Responsibilities

ASSISTANT WAITERS

The waiter assistant's responsibilities include preparing and refilling beverages,
assisting servers with processing payments (in the a la carte restaurants),
removing trash, and sanitizing restaurant menus. You should also be able to
perform end-of-day clean-up duties.

Necessary qualifications:
• Similar experience in hotels
• Degree in tourism school will be appreciated
• Teamwork, honesty, hard work, responsibility and time management skills
• Enthusiastic, polite, pleasant and friendly personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Good willingness to host
