Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of all the beverages and snacks on the hotel’s bar menu.
• Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
• Check the products for quality before serving them and making sure the order is correct.
• Provide the customers with their bills, collect payments, or have the receipts signed as per each case.
• Cooperate with all serving staff.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or share additional information to customers upon request.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Welcoming personality.
• Minimum 6 months related working experience.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Very good knowledge of English and/or the Greek language.
