                       BARCHEF/IN (WINTERSAISON)


Aufgaben
* Betreuung, Beratung und Unterhaltung der Gäste
* Professionelle und perfekte Präsentation der Bar
* Zubereiten sämtlicher gängigen Cocktails, Fizzes, Sours etc.
* Umsetzung kreativer neuer Ideen
* Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Tagesgeschäfts
* Standards, Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
* Kontrolle des Warenbestandes
* Kontrolle und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
* Mithilfe während dem Abendservice im Restaurant

Profil
* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung
* Entertainer aus Leidenschaft
* Motivierendes und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Organisationsvermögen und Kreativität
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)

Gehalt lt KV. Die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung, ist vorhanden.

                                Head Barman

Tasks
* Care, advice and entertainment of guests
* Professional and perfect presentation of the bar
* Preparing all common cocktails, fizzes, sours, etc.
* Implementation of creative new ideas
* Planning, preparation and execution of day-to-day business
* Standards, order and cleanliness in the workplace
* Control of the inventory
* Control and compliance with hygiene regulations
* Assistance during the evening service in the restaurant

Profile
* Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
* At least 2 years of experience
* Passionate entertainer
* Motivating and professional appearance as well as excellent manners
* Very good communication skills
* Organizational ability and creativity
* Very good knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages are an advantage)

Salary according to KV. The clear willingness to overpay, depending on your qualifications and experience, is present.
