Barman, Barmaid

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and other beverages ALCOHOLIC DRINKS !!
THE RESTAURANT ACCEPTS FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME STAFF !!!
OPENS AT 09:00-00:00!

Responsibilities:

•    Provide customers menu and advice regarding ingredients.
•    Take orders while paying attention to details like preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios, etc.
•    Prepare beverages strictly following our recipes..
•    Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
•    Keep the bar area, mugs, and plates clean at all times.
•    Monitor if brewing equipment works properly and report any maintenance needs.
•    Comply with health and safety regulations.
•    Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Have knowledge of all beverages and snacks on the bar's menu.
• Take and serve orders according to company standards.
• Check product quality before serving and ensure the order is correct.
• Provide customers with bills, collect payments, or have receipts signed as necessary.
• Cooperate with all serving staff.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or share additional information with customers upon request.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements and skills

• Welcoming personality.
• Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Proficiency in English and/or Greek.
