Responsibilities
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, and tickets as required.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding prices, promotions, and park policies.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements and skills
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Greek, Russian) is an advantage.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts during the park’s operating season.
Conditions
2 paid annual holidays per every month worked
Sick Pay: All applications to be made through Social Insurance but the first 3 days are paid for in full by Waterworld

Over time is paid 1:1
All bank holidays worked are paid 1:1.25
13th salary is paid on second year of employment
