Chambermaid / Maid

Responsibilities

•    Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and terraces to resort standards
•    Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
•    Clean floors, dust surfaces, and remove trash
•    Report any maintenance issues, lost & found items, or damages promptly
•    Refill minibars and room supplies as needed
•    Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times
•    Respect guest privacy and maintain discretion
•    Assist with cleaning public areas when required
•    Support laundry operations or special room setups when needed
•    Provide courteous and helpful service to guests when encountered
•    Adhere to daily schedules and assigned room lists

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred (hotel or resort setting)
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Basic knowledge of English or Greek; additional languages are a plus
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning practices is a plus
