Responsibilities
• Clean and tidy areas to the hotel’s standard within time limits, including guest rooms and public areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, etc.).
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues.
• Handle guests’ complaints and requests.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Requirements and skills
