Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
    Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
    Monitor and maintain food quality in high standards
    Monitor and control food cost and food standardization
    Train, lead and motive the kitchen team
    Plan shifts and rotas ensuring efficiency in kitchen operation
    Oversee stock and manage orders and stock levels
    Ensure the implementation of Health & Safety, ISO and HCCP procedures

Requirements
    At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar position
    Studies in culinary arts or related field
    Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
    Good communication and leadership skills
    Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
