Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
Monitor and maintain food quality in high standards
Monitor and control food cost and food standardization
Train, lead and motive the kitchen team
Plan shifts and rotas ensuring efficiency in kitchen operation
Oversee stock and manage orders and stock levels
Ensure the implementation of Health & Safety, ISO and HCCP procedures
Requirements
At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar position
Studies in culinary arts or related field
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
