Asian fusion Restaurant offering a rich menu and Top quality ingredients to Clients for lunch and dinner service.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie Tournant to join the Team and be responsible of the Grill, Meat section.
Responsible for cooking Meat & Meat dishes
Make sure that the guidelines from the Sous Chef, Executive Chef are followed.
Use the standardized recipes and presentation photos as a guide line.
Is responsible to ensure that all direct and indirect subordinates are fully aware of company standards concerning food production, food presentation, food handling, controlling procedures
• Must have good knowledge of Grill section, Steaks, Meat
• Preferable knowledge in Asian cuisine
• Must have a good command of the English language ( German is a plus )
• Must have a complete education as a Cook (handling of raw and cooked food)
• Must have at least 3 years of practical experience in a kitchen of a restaurant or hotel
• Must be able to deal with quality control, production control
Salary : 2,300 EURO/NET per month
Working hours: 43-48 hours per week
Days : 1-2 days off
Holidays: 25 paid holidays per year
Accommodation: to be discussed with the Employer
