- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar a la carte position in a high-level restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Experience in creation, costing and menu variation.
SKILLS
- Gastronomy education and training.
- Good knowledge of different ingredients and types of cuisine.
- Creativity and innovation in line with global culinary trends.
- Leadership skills.
- Able to fluently communicate in English.
CONTRACT
-Full time – seasonal.
