     At the moment, we are looking to expand our Chef’s team with a Chef Tournant who is going to support the back of the house team, ensuring that kitchen is running based on our Company’s Standards while maintaining each “CONCEPTS” Style in our restaurants in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca areas, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.    Chef Tournant  

What will you be responsible for?
- Working on assigned projects
- Be involved in the research and development of new menus
- Standardizing recipes and training staff
- Following up and evaluating final menus and dishes
- Running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis ensuring that the correct standards are in place
- Ensuring all company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to and that the back of house operates within all relevant legal frameworks
- Taking full accountability for coaching the Concept Lead ChefShort- or long-term assignments
- Managing tasks, such as Training cooks, setting the production flow and managing inventory
- Working with the other
- Concept Lead Chefs to manage the dining operation's budget
- Ensuring that kitchen workers meet safety and sanitation standards.

What is your Profile?
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in supervisory level position & 3 years’ experience within a restaurant environment
- Able to understand financial concepts of Kitchen’s operations and implement practices to increase profitability though effective management
- Able to work under pressure in a fast – paced environment
- Excellent communicator and team worker
- Superior in customer service
- Enthusiast for service industry
- Able and keen to develop leadership skills
- Available to work on a high demanding schedule
- You have a basic knowledge of MS office
- You have a good knowledge of Greek and English languages
