Construction Civil Engineer/Project Manager

A.N. Stasis Estates is looking to hire a Civil Engineer for the 4* Avlida Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus.
Job Description:
A successful  civil engineer will be able to operate in an environment with increased demands and within the required deadlines. Planning and designing new infrastructures. Making sure all aspects of a project fully comply with safety regulations. Assessing any potential challenges with a project, such as budget, environmental hazards, and regulations. If you have previous experience as a civil engineer  we would like to meet you.

                    Requirements & Skills:

Degree holder in civil engineering
Registered as a member of ΕΤΕΚ
At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector
Excellent communication and cooperation
Excellent knowledge of English/ AUTOCAD/Microsoft office
Using design software to create projects drawing and renderings
Organisational ability, characteristics of responsibility, initiative and integrity trait
Duties and Responsibilities:


Preparation of orders and considering budget
Leadership and coordination of ongoing building works and new project
Personnel supervision and finding solutions for improvements works
Control of work/ suppliers for equipments  and materials
Understanding of construction plans
Ensuring that project applications are compliant at all stages of design and construction with all permits to relevant agencies
