Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care, assisting customers with their inquiries

- Reach out to existing customers to promote exciting new products and services

- Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication

- Work toward achievable sales and service goals with the full support of your team

Requirements and skills

- Fluency in spoken English

- Basic computer skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A motivated, target-driven mindset

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not essential

- Legal right to work in Cyprus, with all necessary permits
