Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the company’s menu.
Preparation of A la Carte and buffet dishes in both cold and hot kitchens.
Efficient organization of the kitchen space in coordination with the rest of the team.
Adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards as required by the company.
Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment by following health and safety procedures.
Properly store all food and other items.
Check the quality of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels.
Flexibility in task allocation between cold and hot kitchen sections.
Perform any other duties assigned by the chef.
Requirements and skills
2 years proven experience as a cook.
Diploma from a culinary school.
EU nationality or a legal basis for employment within the EU.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and techniques (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Good command in Greek and English.
Professionalism.
