Responsibilities
Golden Coast Hotel is currently seeking to recruit Cooks A’ & B’
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand all food items offered, including ingredients, methods of
preparation and proper service and be able to prepare them.
Ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene requirements are met within
health & safety standards.
Prepare the ‘mise en place’ of the designated section.
Adhere to all control procedures.
Apply the recipes given by the Executive Chef.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate of culinary school.
Working experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
Good knowledge of English language – Greek would be an advantage.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure.
Ability to work in a team.
Positive, engaging personality, professional appearance.
