Responsibilities

Job Specifications:
    Work Experience: At least 3 years in similar position.
    Academic Qualifications: Lyceum Certificate and Hotel and Catering Certificate
    Computer Knowledge: Not Requested
    Languages: At least English or Greek

Duties and responsibilities:
    Assist the Chef in the preparation and cooking of food
    Assist with the preparation of the mis-en-place for the day’s requirements
    Ensure a strict control of wastage and portions
    Ensure that the section is kept clean and tidy at all times, strictly observing the hygiene regulations.
    Use all equipment in a safe manner.
    To maintain the refrigerators and deep freezes in good working order and to defrost when necessary.
    Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.
    Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.
