Responsibilities
Ζητείται Ά Μαγειρας για ιταλικό εστιατόριο να πλαισιώσει Ιταλό σεφ που εκτός Της μαγειρικής του θα έχει ευθύνη στην οργάνωση της κουζινας το στήσιμο πιάτων τα κοστολόγια τις φθορές των υλικών τις προετοιμασίες τις παραγγελίες την τάξη και την καθαριότητα αυτής.
Responsibilities:
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen by following relevant health & safety procedures.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Check quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
• Any other assigned by the chef.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as cook.
• Diploma from a culinary school.
• EU Nationality or a legal base of employment within EU.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and techniques (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Very good communication skills.
