Responsibilities

We are looking for Cook B to join our team!
Your duties will include prepping ingredients, cooking various Mediterranean dishes, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed, and collaborating with the kitchen team to execute orders efficiently during service hours.
Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized work environment while continually honing your culinary skills under the guidance of the senior Chef.

Requirements and skills

Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position
Experience in A la Carte restaurant for at least 1 year is an asset
Knowledge of HACCP protocols and high hygiene standards
Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen
Excellent work environment in a constantly evolving company

Conditions

Accommodation is provided 100 meters from the hotel, along with breakfast and lunch, a work uniform, and transportation expenses.
