As a Cook B'/C', you will play an integral role in ensuring that our guests' culinary experiences exceed their expectations. You will work alongside our talented chefs, using your exceptional culinary skills to create memorable dishes that showcase the finest local and international flavors. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting quality and productivity standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Cook B'/C' in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
