COOK SUPERVISOR (STREET/PUB FOOD MENU)

Responsibilities

• Cook street/pub food using various utensils and grillers.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment by following health and safety procedures.
• Properly store all food and other items.
• Check the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
• Perform any other duties required.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a cook in a similar kitchen
• Availability to work 5 days per week in flexible shifts. The earliest shift starts at 7 in the morning and the latest one can end at 1.30 am.
• Necessary documents to be hired in Greece (AFM, AMKA)
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and techniques (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively alone
• Excellent communication skills (intermediate/higher level of English is a must)
