In our kitchen you work with the most modern equipment and a young, ambitious team who together with you take up the challenge to surprise our guests with culinary delights every day. We like to let you shine in our á la carte, brasserie and live cooking kitchen where we work with fresh products. The open kitchen is equipped with the latest technology and equipment.

What does your day look like?:

   -Participate in the implementation;

   -Together with the Chef/Sous Chef you are responsible for stock management and
orders;

   -Being able to manage and man all departments of a kitchen;

   -Supervising compliance with the regulations in the field of safety, working conditions and HACCP and other rules.

What do we expect from you?:

   -At least one year of demonstrable experience in an equivalent position, or at least 2 years as an independent working cook;

   -Enthusiastic and motivated;

   -Knowledge of HACCP;

   -Hands on mentality;

   -Flexible attitude;

   -Passion for the hospitality industry;

   -Attention to detail;
